The Remo 8" Silentstroke Practice Pad is just like the regular Remo pad you've seen a thousand times with one huge difference: an 80% sound reduction thanks to the Silentstroke head. This pad feels just as good and natural as the standard Remo pad, but you can play it in the same room as somebody else and they'll barely be able to tell. The plastic rim develops appropriate stick angles you'll need on real drums, and the head is tunable for your preferred feel.
